The “Colline di Firenze” is a special quality extra virgin olive oil made from organic olives cultivars Frantoio and Moraiolo, collected only on the hills around Florence. The olives are cold pressed by 6 hours from their collection in our innovative mill company, that uses a special vacum technology to reduce the impact of oxidation and transfer all of the quantity of biophenols and vitamin E present in olives. This helps obtaining an extra virgin olive oil with an excellent taste and good for health. Green color with golden reflections, fruity, with marked scents of fresh grass and thistle, characterized by vegetal tones of wild herbs and artichoke. Harmonious and elegant with a bitter-spicy well balanced. Great on legumes, cereals soups, raw meat and fish dishes, grilled vegetables and roasted meats.
This ready-to-use tomato sauce, is obtained by slowly coking top-quality ingredients that are produced with certified organic methods. Onion and garlic together with celery, carrots and basil, are sautéed in extra-virgin olive oil, then we add hot peppers and pureed tomatoes. A sauce with an intense and tasty flavor. All obviously prepared in respect of the organic principles and traditional methods of Azienda Agricola Buonamici.
