Mulino Val d’Orcia
Before being master pasta makers and millers, we are farmers and that’s what makes the difference! In our farm in Pienza, Tuscany, we make pasta, stone-ground flours, cereals, spelts and wine, and everything is organic! We have decided to invest in the reorganization of the supply chain to ensure the sustainability of native crops. All stages of the cereal supply chain take place within our farm, in perfect balance between tradition and modernity!

Nella nostra azienda in Toscana, a Pienza produciamo pasta, farine macinate a pietra, cereali, legumi e vino, tutto biologico! Abbiamo deciso di investire nella riorganizzazione della filiera per garantire la sostenibilità delle coltivazioni autoctone, integrando tutte le fasi della filiera produttiva dei cereali all’interno dell’azienda, in perfetto equilibrio tra tradizione e modernità!
 
Tutta farina del nostro sacco!
Coltiviamo cereali antichi che maciniamo a pietra nel mulino aziendale ottenendo farine e semole utilizzate per la produzione di pasta artigianale trafilata in bronzo ed essiccata lentamente e a basse temperature.
