Siamo situati nel Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi e vicino alla riserva biogenetica di Sasso Fratino, da poco dichiarata patrimonio UNESCO, tra Arezzo e Firenze. Da oltre 40 anni la famiglia Valentini produce pasta fresca dove l'ingrediente principale è la passione. I nostri prodotti nascono per rendere semplice la vita, studiati per stare al passo con i ritmi di vita moderni, veloci e semplici da preparare, sani genuini, per palati tradizionali ed innovativi e con materie prime rigorosamente di filiera e garantite dai maggiori consorzi di tutela Toscani ed Italiani.
We are located in the Casentinesi Forest National Park and close to the biogenetic reserve of Sasso Fratino, recently declared a UNESCO heritage site, between Arezzo and Florence. For over 40 years the Valentini family has been producing fresh pasta where the main ingredient is passion. Our products are created to make life simple, designed to keep up with the modern rhythms of life, fast and simple to prepare, healthy and genuine, for traditional and innovative palates and with raw materials strictly from the short supply chain and guaranteed by the most important Tuscan and Italian consortia for consumer and product protection.
