L'origine dell'impresa risale al 1958, quando i fondatori iniziarono a macellare artigianalmente ed in una struttura alquanto precaria. Con gli anni l'attività si è sviluppata sia dal lato dei mercati serviti sia dal lato delle fonti di approvvigionamento. L'azienda oggi copre una superficie di 3.500 metri quadrati coperti e sviluppa tre linee di produzione che impiegano 18 persone. L'azienda si rivolge a dettaglianti, grossisti, grande distribuzione, Ho.Re.Ca., gastronomie e altri salumifici servendo il mercato nazionale.

Salumi Benvenuti S.r.l. produces in Lucca excellent typical Tuscan salami and sells fresh pork meat. The origin of the company dates 1958, when the founding partners began to butcher artisanally and in a rather precarious structure. Through the years the activity developed both on the side of the markets served and on the side of the sources of supply. The company today covers an area of 3,500 square meters covered and develops three production lines employing 18 people. The company caters to retailers, wholesalers, large-scale distribution, Ho.Re.Ca, gastronomies and other industries by serving the national market.

Our Finocchiona at the recent International Food Awards in Brescia has been awarded the silver medal.
